AGM 2025

Notice is hereby given that the 52nd  Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Waikuku Beach Surf Lifesaving Club will be held on Saturday 14 June at 4pm at the Waikuku Beach SLSC clubrooms.

The following business will be discussed at the AGM:

1. A report and statement of financial performance of the preceding year

2. The election of officers of the club 

3. Any other motions or matters including general business that have been properly submitted for consideration at the AGM.

Please submit any AGM items for discussion to wbslsc@wbslsc.com, by Sunday 31 May 2025.  Any additional items of general business may be raised from the floor. The AGM agenda will be published and communicated to members no later than Saturday 7 June 2025.

Nominations now open for club positions

The club is now calling for nominations from all members for all positions on the main committee and sub-committees. If you've been thinking about ways you can contribute to our club - taking a role on a committee is a great opportunity! 

All nominations must have the consent of the nominee. If you would like to understand what any role entails - please email us at wbslsc@wbslsc.com to request a role description. Existing committee members are also happy to provide any further information about their roles.

Nominations for positions must be emailed to wbslsc@wbslsc.com by 5pm on Saturday 07 June 2025.

If more than one nomination is received for any position, an election will be conducted by secret ballot at the AGM.
