A report and statement of financial performance of the preceding year
The election of officers of the club
Any other motions or matters including general business that have been properly submitted for consideration at the AGM.
Please submit any AGM items for discussion to wbslsc@wbslsc.com, by Saturday 30 May 2026. Any additional items of general business may be raised from the floor. The AGM agenda will be published and communicated to members no later than Saturday 6 June 2026.
